Rails-style CLI for Web 2.5 apps (Next.js + PostgreSQL)
Command-line tool to create and manage Web 2.5 applications in a
Rails-like fashion: Next.js and PostgreSQL for the application, with
contracts and wallets only where they add value.

Installs `m` in /usr/local/bin/m, its manual page (man 1 m) and its
templates, so projects can be created without network or npm.

Bundles the Pasos de Jesus extension (`@pasosdejesus/mpdj`):
`ai:framework`, `ai:principles`, `ai:skill`, `ai:adJ` and
`eng:credentials:*` work without installing anything else.

Main commands:

- m:create, m:update, m:check: create a project (apps/web, apps/contracts
and engine packages), update it against the templates and verify the
  recommended layout.
- db:create, db:drop, db:super:createuser, db:migrate, db:rollback,
  db:mig:make, db:seed, db:console, db:dump, db:restore: PostgreSQL as in
`rails db:*`, with db/structure.sql as the reference schema and types
  generated in db/db.d.ts.
- contract:compile, contract:test, contract:typechain, contract:node,
  contract:deploy, contract:verify, contract:checkdeploy, contract:clean:
Solidity without Hardhat (native solc or solc-js), Hardhat-compatible
artifacts and tests on an in-memory VM.
- eng:opwallet:*: operator wallets with offline signing, replacing Foundry's
`cast` on OpenBSD; eng:credentials:*: credentials as NFTs.
- eng:list, eng:sync, eng:check, eng:verify, eng:remove: self-contained
engines added or removed without touching the core, with verifiable
provenance when copied into the project.
- req:list, req:show, req:cross, req:compare, req:sync-*: requirements in
REQ/ synced with GitLab work items or GitHub issues.
- ai:skill, ai:context, ai:edit, ai:readfile, ai:writefile, ai:grep,
  ai:glob: working with AI agents.

Documentation:

- man 1 m

- /usr/local/lib/node_modules/@pasosdejesus/m/dist/CHANGELOG.md
- Getting started with contracts and wallets (in English and Spanish):
  https://gitlab.com/pasosdeJesus/m/-/blob/main/doc/tutorial-contracts-openbsd-1/es.md

Tested on OpenBSD/adJ with lang/node. Creating projects requires pnpm 11
(corepack enable pnpm): pnpm 12 cannot be installed on OpenBSD.
